Your role
- Carry out site repairs and maintenance efficiently to keep everything running smoothly
- Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support when needed
- Complete planned tasks such as decorating and routine building checks
- Maintain safe and secure environments, including occasional gardening duties
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors on site
Your skills
- Experience in maintenance or a caretaker role
- Ability to identify and carry out repairs safely using tools and light machinery
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and a full UK driving licence (desirable)
