Job Title: Bank Flexible Support Worker

Number of Vacancies: X 2 Roles available Location: Medium Support Services – Woolwich and Plumstead Contract Type:    Bank Contract (Ad hoc shifts) Hourly Rate:    Standard Rate: £13.85 per hour

Statutory Bank Holiday Hourly Rate: £27.70 per hour

Reports to:         Medium Support Manager and Deputy Manager

The Bank Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill health, to live valued lives within the community.  This will include the provision of emotional and social care.  To work closely with clients and relatives/carers, protecting their dignity, choice, self-esteem, and well-being at all times.

The working patterns for this role comprise of shifts as follows:- 09.00am-17.00pm, 11.00am-19.00pm and late shifts of 13.00pm-21.00pm.
