The Bank Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill health, to live valued lives within the community. This will include the provision of emotional and social care. To work closely with clients and relatives/carers, protecting their dignity, choice, self-esteem, and well-being at all times. The working patterns for this role comprise of shifts as follows:- 09.00am-17.00pm, 11.00am-19.00pm and late shifts of 13.00pm-21.00pm.
