Your role

  • Lead the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen and manage a dedicated team
  • Enjoy a better work-life balance with no late nights or split shifts, giving you more time for yourself
  • Create and prepare varied menus that meet individual needs and preferences
  • Manage stock and minimise waste while working within budget
  • Ensure food safety standards are understood and followed by the team
  • Oversee kitchen documentation and compliance, including audits and health & safety

Your skills

  • Experience as a Chef, Catering Manager or Head Cook in a similar setting
  • Knowledge of menu planning and costing
  • Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Friendly and approachable, with great customer interaction skills
