Job Description:

We are seeking an inspiring ballet educator to teach exceptional, gender neutral ballet technique and nurture the next generation of professional dancers. You will help students realise their full potential, contribute to a forward thinking curriculum and stay engaged with the latest developments in dance and Higher Education. Alongside teaching, you will support the School’s artistic and academic work through key administrative duties. Key objectives of the role:

• To foster excellence in the teaching of gender-neutral ballet technique and related dance activities To prepare students for a professional career in dance
• To nurture each student to maximise their potential
• To keep abreast of Higher Education and dance related developments
• To engage in the ongoing development of the curriculum through reflection and research
• To provide arts administration duties related to the academic & artistic output of the School.
• To work towards fulfilling the school’s commitment to world-leading training and education and to promote and embody the school’s vision and key values
• To support colleagues and work collectively for the good of the School
