As Bakery Operations Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our commercial bakery. You’ll lead a skilled team, drive high standards of food quality and customer service, and play a vital role in supporting adults with learning or physical disabilities to thrive in a real working bakery environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys balancing production, people leadership, and purpose-led work.
