We are looking for a godly, Christ-dependent man to support the Vicar in the preaching and leadership of the church. A key part of the role is leading the training strategy to equip church members in their ministry and overseeing a number of ministry areas. 

We are a church family of 520 (380 adults) and offer a warm welcome to those who want to join us on Sundays and mid-week. We are supported by a team of full and part-time staff.

St John’s Tunbridge Wells is a complementarian conservative evangelical church in the Church of England.

This is a senior full-time appointment with an incumbent-level stipend & house. Applicants should be ordained in the Anglican communion and be available to commence the role in September 2026, must have right to work in the UK, and will need an enhanced DBS check.
