We are seeking an Associate Leader who:

Has a passion to see people encounter the goodness of God through the gospel of Jesus Christ by the power of the Spirit.

Senses a clear calling to church planting and desires a focused season of formation within a living, growing church plant.

Leads with faith, humility and courage; able to hold vision, build teams, and cultivate healthy, intergenerational community.

Is energised by mission on the ground: evangelism, discipleship, prayer, raising leaders, and releasing people into their calling.

Resonates deeply with our values of Gathered to Scatter, Word and Spirit, Kingdom Generosity, and Intergenerational Community.

Wants to play an active part in strengthening and establishing new worshipping communities, working alongside others across Cumbria who share a heart for planting and renewal.

This is a formative season for someone who longs to grow in pioneering leadership, to help build here, and in time to be sent to establish new communities where God leads.
