About You’ve Got This
You’ve Got This is South Tees’ Sport England Place Partnership — a vibrant, community-rooted programme working across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland to get more people active and help physical activity become a lasting part of everyday life. From Greater Eston to North Ormesby, YGT is building something real and sustainable, and we’re looking for someone to help us grow it.

● Building relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and partners
● Leading assigned workstreams, particularly within our Community Focus Areas
● Managing the YGT LinkedIn account and using digital platforms to celebrate achievements
● Helping organise conferences, workshops and learning events
● Contributing to monitoring, evaluation and case study gathering
● Supporting organisations to sustain activity beyond YGT funding
● Providing day-to-day administrative support to keep the programme running smoothly
What we’re looking for
You’ll have strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine empathy for the communities we serve. You’ll be someone who takes initiative, solves problems creatively, and brings enthusiasm and openness to everything you do.

● A proactive, problem-solving approach
● Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
● Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and continued professional development
