Assistant Pastor

Ridgeway Church St Albans

Ridgeway Church is seeking an Assistant Pastor to join their pastoral team from September 2026, for an initial three year term. Established in 2008, Ridgeway Church is affiliated to the FIEC and and the Evangelical Alliance. We are a warm and united fellowship of 87 members of many different nationalities meeting at a local school each Sunday. Attendance at the morning service is currently around 140, including children. The successful candidate will work with the pastor and elders in the church's mission of 'believing in, living out and passing on the good news of Jesus Christ in St Albans. The specific roles and responsibilities will depend on gifting and experience but will include preaching and managing the youth work.

Required Skills

Some experience of preaching and youth work.

Part-time applicants will also be considered.
