St Edmund Hall’s Decanal Team consists of the Senior Dean who is a Governing Body Fellow, the Junior Discipline Dean and five Assistant Junior Deans. The College Nurse acts as the Welfare Dean and Harassment Advisor.

The Assistant Junior Deans are responsible, under the direction of the Junior Discipline Dean, for the discipline and additionally with the Welfare Dean for the welfare of junior members across all sites. They are expected to be available (on call) for an average of three nights out of every seven in term time on a first-call rota of decanal responsibility drawn up by the Junior Discipline Dean. A room in the relevant College annexe will be provided to facilitate the performance of these duties.

  • A cover letter, outlining how the candidate meets the criteria required;

  •  A completed Cover Sheet, with the names and contact details of two referees, one of whom should be the candidate’s academic supervisor.

Referees
