LVS Ascot seeks a dynamic and outstanding Personal Development Leader to join their highly effective senior management team. This role is responsible for supporting the Teaching & Learning programme alongside the senior management team and monitoring the quality of provision and outcomes for pupils.

Responsibilities include driving excellence in classroom practice leading and developing High Performance Learning (HPL) across the School, and embedding a coherent blended learning approach that integrates digital and in-person pedagogy effectively. A key responsibility is to establish clear guidance and best practice around the appropriate and ethical use of AI.
