    Salary: £29,315 per annum WTE (based on 37.5 hours per week)5 days a week, 37.5 hours
    Alternating early and late shifts – 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00 or long days, with occasional weekend and public holidays
    Location: Farnham

    Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint an Assistant Clinical Administration Team Lead.

    The role provides support to the clinical administration team as well as other clinical teams across the organisation and liaises with external healthcare professionals as well as patients and their families. Please read to the bottom of the job description for the task list with more information.

    About You
    A successfulAssistant Clinical Administration Team Leadwill have:
    • Proven administrative experience in a clinical setting
    • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
    • The ability to respond calmly and effectively in distressing circumstances
    • Demonstrate an awareness of what leadership means
    • Demonstrate an awareness of how to build good team relationships
    • Demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with challenging relationships
