The Vacancy
Are you passionate about transforming data into insight that drives real world impact? We’re looking for an Asset Data Analyst responsible for managing Brunelcare’s property and asset information, ensuring our systems remain accurate, reliable, and able to support confident, evidence-based decision making. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead on data integrity, deliver high quality analysis, and support long term investment planning and asset sustainability.
About the role
As our Asset Data Analyst, you’ll oversee Brunelcare’s property and asset information, maintaining accurate, complete, and reliable data that underpins confident, evidence-based decision making. You’ll lead on data integrity, carrying out audits, data cleansing, reconciliations, and responding to asset data queries.
Alongside this you will:
-
Working closely with teams across the organisation to make sure our homes reflect their true condition, attributes, and lifecycle, enabling better outcomes for our customers and communities.
-
Maintain the asset register, updating records following repairs and investment works, and capturing changes from acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments
-
Produce insightful reports and dashboards to support compliance, investment planning, building safety, and customer insight, including statutory outputs like Decent Homes and HHSRS indicators.
-
Coordinate stock condition surveys, ensure high‑quality data returns, and provide analytical support for contract and project management, helping maintain a strong ‘golden thread’ of information.
About you
You’re naturally curious, improvement‑driven, and love turning data into meaningful insight to make things better. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in everything you do.
You’re positive, resilient, and motivated, someone who leans into challenges and enjoys solving problems. Most importantly, you work with kindness, honesty, and a one‑team mindset, valuing the voices and experiences of others and embracing diversity.
