We’re looking for an Assessment Recovery Practitioner to join our New Beginnings team in Brent.
This role forms part of the Assessment and Engagement Team, with a core focus on inducting new service users into New Beginnings through our comprehensive assessment. This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent quality of care to service users accessing treatment across the Borough with a particular focus supporting service users to access treatment. By completing exceptional assessments, service users will start their treatment with the best possible opportunity of a positive outcome.
