Complementary Therapists - North Aberdeenshire

We are currently recruiting Complementary Therapists to work in our Mintlaw centre

Are you a driven, autonomous leader with a passion for growing services and making a real difference in your community?

Clan Cancer Support is seeking an inspiring Area Services Coordinator to lead and develop our wellbeing services across the Grampian region.

As Grampian Area Services Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead the daily delivery of responsive wellbeing services across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire
  • Line-manage a Community Support Coordinator and a dedicated team of volunteers
  • Take an innovative approach to reaching people in remote, rural and isolated communities
  • Enhance and expand services, particularly across North Aberdeenshire
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, NHS and health & social care services
  • Work collaboratively with our Income Generation Team to support fundraising, sponsorship and community engagement
  • Represent Clan at local events and community opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow services across a diverse geographical area, ensuring that no one faces cancer alone.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously
  • A confident leader with experience managing staff and volunteers
  • Passionate about service development and community engagement
  • Innovative in overcoming geographical and accessibility challenges
  • Skilled at building partnerships and representing services externally

Why Join Clan?

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding life-changing services across Grampian, supported by a committed team and a respected charity with strong community roots.

If you’re ready to lead, innovate and make a meaningful impact across the region, we’d love to hear from you.

Closing date: 1st March 2026. Interviews to be held 11th March 2026.
