This is not your typical desk job. Trust Links is the largest independent mental health charity in Essex, and we are expanding our services across Mid and South Essex. We are recruiting an Area Lead for Mid Essex to help shape and grow our Healthy Mind Hub a new, community-based mental health service designed to support people to create connections, reduce isolation, explore what’s available within their local communities, and offer a genuinely human service that complements traditional pathways. If you want to help shape Trust Links’ future in Mid Essex, and believe mental health support should be person-centred, community-rooted and built around real relationships, this role offers the space to lead in exactly that way. About the Healthy Mind Hub The Healthy Mind Hub provides meaningful, activity-based group support, peer support, and multi-agency and community collaboration for adults experiencing mental health challenges all centred around the Five Ways to Wellbeing. We work closely with Primary Care, the MSE Recovery College, Mind Mental Health Community Connectors, and a wide network of VCSE partners. You’ll work closely with the Healthy Mind Hub Manager and senior colleagues across Trust Links, but this is a hands-on leadership role, with genuine autonomy, trust and support. www.trustlinks.org Charity No. 1092324 Who we’re looking for: You don’t need to be a clinician, but you do need experience in mental health or wellbeing services and the confidence to lead people and partnerships. You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Care deeply about doing mental health support differently • Are comfortable balancing leadership with delivery • Value peer support and lived experience • Can work flexibly, think creatively and respond to changing needs • Want to see the impact of your work on a weekly basis Line management experience is desirable, but values, mindset and potential matter just as much. Why Trust Links? • A values-led VCSE organisation, not a corporate system • Flexibility, trust and supportive management • Strong emphasis on development and progression • Work that genuinely makes a difference People stay at Trust Links because the work means something. www.trustlinks.org Charity No. 1092324
