  • About You
  • To be successful in this role you should hold:

    • A recognised Business Admin or Team Leader qualification & recent relevant experience
    • A recognised teaching qualification is desirable
    • A1 assessor or equivalent qualification or experience of delivery within the field, or willing to work towards

    We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and the ability to create great rapport, helping not only to support our learners, but to engage with employers about each learner’s progress, as well as to explore new opportunities. You must be confident in the use of online learning tools, Microsoft office and be confident in delivery of skills & knowledge both in person and remotely.

    You will also be highly organised, with demonstrated planning and time-management skills, supported by good IT skills and meet the criteria as laid out in the person specification for the role.

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Service Tutor to join our team of professionals delivering Apprenticeship Standards on a national basis.

    As part of this role you will:

    • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for Business Administration L3, Customer Service L2, and Team Leader L3 apprenticeships

    • Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring progress, achievement, and timely completion

    • Plan and deliver engaging training that meets apprenticeship standards and Ofsted expectations

    • Build strong relationships with employers to support learner development and positive outcomes

    • Ensure Off-the-Job Learning is planned, evidenced, and compliant

    • Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance and inspection readiness

    • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and high professional standards
