We are looking for a new team member to join us as an Applications Analyst within our IT team.
Working hours: 35 hours / Monday – FridayLocation: Horsham, West SussexHybrid role: Flexibility around you and the needs of the operation.

Here at the RSPCA no two days are the same. As an Applications Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving the systems that help our colleagues deliver vital work for animals.
Your day may include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for key organisational applications
- Investigating and resolving technical issues relating to systems, data and integrations
- Carrying out system checks, maintenance and application administration
- Supporting and configuring Salesforce environments
- Developing and supporting data integrations and ETL processes
- Supporting system releases, testing and change management activities
- Working with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver improvements
- Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a collaborative approach.
You'll bring:
- Experience providing 2nd or 3rd line application support
- Experience working to deadlines such as SLAs or project milestones
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Experience with databases and data management tools (e.g. ETL processes)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
