After School Club Lead
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Club Lead to join Urban Promise UK (UPUK) at our new site in St Chad’s Church. As the driving force behind our primary-age provision, you won't just be managing a space; you will be cultivating an environment where children feel safe, inspired, and empowered. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of staff, volunteers, and teen Student Leaders to deliver high-quality academic support, spiritual exploration, and creative play. Your mission is to ensure every child understands their potential as a future leader, regardless of their postcode.
Terms: Initially for 3 years with plans to extend, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
The role requires term time working hours of Monday 2-6 PM, Tuesday 2-6 PM, Wednesday 2-6 PM, and Thursday 2-6 PM plus additional hours for planning and meetings. Holiday clubs run in Easter (4 days) and Summer (3 weeks) 9am-3pm.
