Brigstowe is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct an objective and external assessment of the impact and outcome of the work of our Advice and Support Service to inform the future direction in terms of service development and delivery. 

Brigstowe is an innovative charity that provides a variety of services to people living with or affected by HIV. Brigstowe’s vision is a world in which people living with HIV live long and healthy lives, free from poverty, stigma, prejudice, and discrimination.

People living with HIV often face complex and intersecting challenges, which can include experiences of HIV (and other) stigma and discrimination. Through a range of responsive and relevant services, Brigstowe assists people living with HIV in Bristol and the surrounding areas to increase and maintain independence and to meet their changing needs.

We are looking for someone to undertake a service evaluation of our Advice and Support Service. This service receives Local Authority funding as well as funding from charitable and private trusts. For more information, please see the brief outline.

You will receive: Up to £5,000 for production of desired output 

Duration: May 2026 – June 2026 (starting date and length of project can be negotiated but we are keen to get the evaluation completed as close to the end of June as possible)
