What you will be doing

In this service, we support a gentleman to live in his own home, ensuring he has the opportunity to live the best life possible.  As an Advanced Support Worker, you will join an experienced staff team who help support the service by providing great, person-centred support.  You will also support with care planning, auditing and the general day to day tasks required within the service, while providing direct support.  This role enables you to build on your current skills, while still having a positive impact on the person we support's day to day life.

Our ideal candidate would already have a SVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
