Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, and certification documentation
- Liaise with trainers, staff, and external training providers
- Monitor and track employee training progress using internal systems or learning management platforms
- Book training venues, equipment, and manage the process where required
- Produce reports on training attendance, completion rates, and feedback
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team
- Ensure training activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Receive visitors at reception by answering the intercom system
- Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Manage internal meeting room bookings, invoicing processes, and room setup arrangements.
- Provide administrator support to the Executive Assistant
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or training support roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent systems knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training databases is desirable
- Experience within customer facing roles

Hours : 22.5 hrs per week Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm – some flexibility with the working end time.
Salary: £15,568.59 per annum £13.27 per hour
Contract: Permanent
