We are looking for an experienced professional agile Administrator Manager to join our team. This is an important role within the team, providing the lead role in administrative function with responsibility for the management and leadership of administrative staff within Nottingham City Substance Treatment Services. The post holder must also provide business support to the NRN leadership team with specific administrative tasks and projects.
The post holder to have operational responsibility for a locality-based admin group ensuring all delivery and performance objectives are met and be responsible for the management and leadership of junior staff within that function. The post holder will provide regular 1:1’s and support for administrative staff, and to work with the Service Manager contributing to the development of the admin service to ensure transactional processes are modernized to improve quality, productivity and cost effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Advanced ICT Literate to include Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and be comfortable working with different databases
• Practical experience and be comfortable with the use of computerised record systems
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Experience of managing and leading an administrative team of five or more
• The ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail
