About the Role

• To provide administration support to the Maintenance and Property team.

General Tasks

• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner; deal with and direct them as necessary

• Update property/maintenance data as required
• Manage maintenance diaries to ensure works are being carried out in a timely and effective manner
• Liaise with landlords, contractors and tenants for work to be completed
• Ensure all property files are up to date
• Ensure property risk information is accurate and up to date
• Arrange property set ups and clear outs for handbacks
• Arranging access to properties
• Ensure all paperwork is update for PAT testing and visual health and safety checks
• Carry out other admin duties in relation to the compliance of the property

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Excel and Word
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
• Good communication skills in person as well as over the phone and email
