Great Oaks College is a specialist independent college which is currently open to students across two sites.
The college provides further educational opportunities to students aged 19-25 with moderate, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties, many of whom also have other needs such as physical disabilities, sensory impairments and autism.
We run three Pathways: Vocational, Life and Living and Engagement for Life.
The Life and Living Pathway is located at the Triangle in Hounslow, Engagement for Life and Vocational Departments is located at the Windmill, Sunbury on Thames (the main College address).
We’re looking for an organised and professional Administrator to deliver a high-quality reception and administrative service, providing a welcoming first point of contact for staff, students, visitors and stakeholders.
You’ll handle enquiries, manage records and systems, support Admin, HR and Finance teams, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the college. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and outstanding customer service.

Contract Type: Temporary, part time (39 weeks in a year plus 2 weeks), until 17th of July 2026. this fixed term may be extending depending on the business needs.
Hours: 36h a week, Monday to Friday 8-4pm
Pay Scale: The Inner London Pay Scale 4 point 7-10. The full time salary range for employee working 52.14 weeks in a year are P7 £31,980 to P10 £33,384.
As you will be working on a part time basis, you will be paid the fte of 0.9044. You will be paid between £28,922 to £30,192 per year.
