The vacancy
About this role and what is the opportunity within the role?
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of committed team providing an administrative and reception service to out staff and visitors to our Head Office. If you enjoy engaging and supporting the needs of others, then we would like to hear from you.
What does a day in this role look like?
A typical day involves completing daily checks of our building, dealing with contractors and supporting our Receptionist to provide a welcome reception service. You will be supporting the setup of meeting rooms, providing catering and process fundraising donations.
What development opportunities are available within the role?
We will support your development providing sight loss awareness, fire aid and fire warden training.

Summary of requirements of the role
- Have previous experience of working in a busy reception
- Have previous experience of office and / or facilities administration
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have good time management skills
- Have previous Fire Warden experience
- Have previous First Aid experience
