About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will provide a full range of administrative support across our services, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

You will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties across both The Greens and Thrive services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service

  • Coordinate responses to enquiries made via telephone, email, text and website

  • Support service users through referral pathways, including booking appointments and signposting

  • Maintain electronic and manual appointment systems and referral information

  • Ensure accurate data entry using systems such as Excel, Access, Theseus and other databases

  • Prepare meeting and training rooms and coordinate room bookings where required

  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required

  • Maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies and audit requirements

  • Support stock control, stationery ordering and general housekeeping within the service

  • Assist with petty cash administration and reconciliation

  • Support campaigns, events and service projects as required

  • Provide support and cover for colleagues where appropriate

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrable related experience

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes

  • Strong administrative skills, including experience using electronic monitoring and recording systems

  • Ability to collate and disseminate information effectively

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role

  • Knowledge of quality systems and audit requirements

  • Experience in cash handling, petty cash reconciliation and general administration duties
