We’re Hiring an: Administrator Northampton Women’s Centre Part time - 15hrs per week (Tues, Wed & Thurs) Please see our website for further information Job Vacancies | C2C Social Action C2C Social Action is a Christian charity working across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. We support individuals, many with lived experience of the criminal justice system, to break cycles of offending and disadvantage—and step into brighter, more hopeful futures. Our services include women’s centres, a men’s hub and housing project, a community garden, and a range of specialist support projects. We are now recruiting an administrator to join our team. They will provide essential administrative support to the Centre Manager whilst ensuring the centre is a safe, welcoming space for women. Key Responsibilities: • • Act as a first point of contact, responding to emails, telephone calls, and greeting all visitors. Support the day-to-day running of the Women’s Centre. Collect, input, and maintain accurate data from entry systems, group registers, and service feedback. Collate case studies to evidence the effectiveness of the work Support administration of finance and data You’ll need to be: Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement: Due to the nature of the role, and in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010). Relevant qualification to a good standard (ideally A-Level or above) or significant experience in administration. Understanding of office administration processes. Experience working with confidential data and maintaining accurate records. Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail. ✨ Why Join C2C?
