Job Introduction
Autism Anglia is a well-established independent Charity. We have an exciting opportunity available for an Administrator to ensure an integrated, quality service.
The Administrator will provide effective, efficient, and professional administrative support as part of the charity’s centralised administration function. The role supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of administrative processes, systems, and communications across the organisation.

Salary
£25-27,000 full time equivalent, depending on experience
Hours
Full-time: 35 hours per week

About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across teams and the wider organisation.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, responding or signposting appropriately.
- Provide front-of-house support at the charity’s head office, greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes, and following up on actions.
- Maintain and manage administrative systems and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Monitor shared inboxes, correspondence, and telephone enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Support staff care and My Care services, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with implementing new systems, processes, and opportunities to improve administrative efficiency.
- Undertake general office and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

- Have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience of providing administration support in a busy environment
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including experience using administrative systems and standard office software
