Summary of Duties
•  Carry out administrative tasks including

photocopying, filing, data entry, maintaining
registers and processing payments.

•  Manage telephone, email, and face-to-face

enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
•  Receive bookings for venue hire and support the

related arrangements.

•  Order and maintain office supplies and resources.
•  Organise and book meetings/events and take

accurate minutes.

•  Meet and greet visitors, ensuring reception is

welcoming, efficient, and reflects SNAP values.
•
Liaise with external agencies where required
•  Respond to routine correspondence and enquiries.
•  Assisting with banking and petty cash transactions.
•  Support continuous improvement of customer

service systems.

•  To comply with all MK SNAP policies and

procedures.

•  To ensure that all Health and Safety policies and
procedures are carried out and adhered to.
•  Be willing to support and attend any events as

required by SMT.

•  To participate in team and performance review

meetings.

•  Carry out any other reasonable duties required and
considered relevant to the post to support the

smooth running and strategic development of the
charity.

•  Maintain accurate administrative records, including
registers, booking logs, contact databases, and
financial paperwork.

•  Ensure records are stored securely and in line with
data protection and confidentiality requirements.
•  Update internal systems and trackers to support

daily operations and reporting.

•  Follow agreed administrative processes to ensure

consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
