Job details Job title: Administration Assistant - Part time 22.5 hours Reporting to: Office Manager Responsible for: General school administration Grade: Scale 14 £29,540 full time - pro rata £15,679 Date produced: March 2026 Job description Purpose of the post: To provide high quality and fully confidential administrative support to the school. Main duties and responsibilities: General requirements: Office administrative tasks, including collation of statutory paperwork, liaison with outside agencies, and supporting the administrative function of the school. The Administration assistant will: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Collate statutory paperwork, including reports and paperwork for annual and interim review meetings. Answer the telephone and deal with the call appropriately. Assist the Office Manager with processing of reports, meeting minutes and letters. Assist with filing for all areas of the school office Take meeting minutes as requested. Photocopying/scanning as required. Assist the Office Manager in the maintenance of the school MIS database. To support and assist the school office team ie. cover as and when necessary, including reception. Any other administrative task requested by the Office Manager, or school leadership team.
