Administration Assistant
Administration Assistant
Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
35 Hours per Week
Salary: £12.60 per Hour
At Trinity Hospice, we’re proud to touch thousands of lives every year—and none of it would be possible without the incredible support of our volunteers. Whether you’re in the heart of the Hospice or behind the scenes, you’ll find volunteers helping to create a welcoming, compassionate environment that challenges common misconceptions about hospices and palliative care.
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Volunteering Services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly. From answering calls and coordinating meetings to supporting event logistics and maintaining internal processes, your contribution will help ensure our operations are efficient.
You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ideally have previous experience in an administrative role. But more importantly, you’ll be a people person—meticulous, proactive, and happy to work closely with colleagues and volunteers in a busy, hands-on environment.
💬 Please note: On occasion, you may be asked to support our Fundraising Team at events, which could involve working outside of normal office hours. These moments are a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community and see the impact of our work first-hand.
