Salary: £14.33 per hour (£27,000 FTE)

Location: Milestones Museum, Basingstoke

Hours: Flexible contracts from 7 – 37 hours per week with regular weekend working

Can you bring Milestones Museum to life?

We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic actors to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for at Milestones Museum. This is a highly interactive role, combining scripted performances, improvisation and audience engagement to bring stories and characters to life.

You’ll support our daily visitor offer and exciting programme of events, productions and family experiences throughout the year. During term-time, you’ll also support delivering our immersive schools programme, working with children to create engaging, memorable learning experiences.

A bit about you

You’ll be a professional actor with strong performance skills, excellent improvisation abilities and a natural talent for captivating large audiences. You’ll enjoy working with children and are confident adapting your performance to suit different ages, groups and environments.

You will bring enthusiasm, creativity and a collaborative approach, with a passion for creating immersive experiences that engages, entertains and inspires and brings Milestones Museum to life. Also, you will be able to learn some history facts and information about our stories to share with our visitors.
