ACCOMPANIST
Laudamus Chamber Choir is looking for an accompanist to join us in September 2026.
Responsibilities:

Provide piano accompaniment for rehearsals
•
Accompany the choir for concerts on piano or organ as required
We need someone with excellent piano skills and preferably experience of accompanying choirs. Candidates should be comfortable playing a wide range of repertoire and be able to support the conductor and choir with sensitivity as new repertoire is learned.
Laudamus is an established, friendly, mixed-voice choir with around 25 singers. We are an auditioned choir and we aim for high standards. We perform two concerts a year as well as a Come & Sing.
We rehearse once a fortnight during term time at St Paul’s Church, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 1TB on a Sunday evening 7.30-9.30 pm. Our concerts are held in a variety of venues.
Remuneration is based on a fee per rehearsal and per concert and engagement is self-employed.
