Access and Participation Lead
St Hugh’s College, Oxford, is seeking to appoint an Access and Participation Lead for a fixed period until 15 October 2027 (maternity cover). The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and the appointment will be made at Grade 7 (£40,501.50 – £49,081.50)
The Access and Participation Lead provides leadership for the College’s access, outreach and participation activity. They are responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating evidence-informed initiatives designed to widen access to Oxford and support the success of students from a diverse range of educational and social backgrounds.
The postholder will provide specialist advice to senior colleagues on access and participation strategy, lead the development of partnerships and programmes, manage relevant resources and budgets, and line-manage the Outreach Officer.
