Being a Care Assistant, you will be passionate about delivering first class care and show patience, kindness and understanding towards our residents. As a Care & Support Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our residents receive the care, comfort, and dignity they deserve during the night. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team delivering hands-on support tailored to each individual’s needs.
