- Make initial contact with clients over the phone to assess
- Contact the Money Mentors with client details
- Contact the Money Mentors, passing on information they might find useful
- Refer clients to any other sources of help or support which KingsGate has identified
- Operate within the code of practice, policies and procedures of the service
- Undertake appropriate training

DENS Day Centre provides a safe and welcoming space for individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion. As a Day Centre Support Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, offering practical help, emotional support, and a listening ear to those who need it most.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team.
