You’ll work across different environments, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. No two days are the same – you might be assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, or supporting community activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and promoting dignity
- Supporting with meal preparation and medication
- Encouraging social engagement and meaningful routines
- Assisting with mobility and wheelchair use when needed
- Helping individuals develop skills and confidence
Shift Patterns
Day shifts typically run between:
- 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Sleep-ins as required(Paid to sleep – £50 per shift)
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and patient, with a calm and empathetic approach
- Detail-oriented, especially around routines and consistency
- Team player who communicates well and works collaboratively
- Flexible and proactive, ready to adapt to different needs
- Confident driver with an automatic licence
(Experience in care is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.)
