As an Office Team Member, you will help provide a warm, friendly and smooth-running service for all who come into contact with our office and reception and ensure that other departments have the information they need to help our guests have an amazing time.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in the wider ministry of the Centre, including our evening sessions with kids and ministry teams serving on one of our events weeks and weekends (e.g. playing music, organising games / sport, etc).

The Role
As a Complex Needs Practitioner you will assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling and personal care. As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you’ll also provide emotional support and assist them to maintain relationships with family and friends.
In our service we may use CALM which are physical intervention and escape techniques to ensure the safety of supported individuals, colleagues, and members of the public. Techniques include but are not limited to; posture and distance when supporting, understanding triggers and escalations signs along with guiding individuals away to deescalate situations.
The people we support are all very different with their hobbies and we’ll be looking to you to take an active interest. Their interests include going out for a tasty bite, sensory activities, quiet time on their iPad, relaxing going on holidays, out for walks and to their favourite clubs. One of the gents also attends college and enjoys going out for drives. With your support you’ll reduce social isolation, enable individuals maintain their independence and grow in confidence.

COURSE COORDINATOR (BUSINESS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP) JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: COURSE COORDINATOR (BUSINESS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP) Responsible to: Course Leader (Business & Entreprenuership) Main Purpose: The Course Coordinator will support the smooth delivery and high educational quality of the Future Founders programme for students aged 14-17 by teaching lessons, assisting with workshops and project work, and contributing to the pastoral and social elements of the summer school. They will be actively involved in the teaching of the course – in the mornings and some afternoons – and will work closely with the Course Leader to ensure the course is engaging, well-run, and enjoyable for all students. Course Dates: The Future Founders (formerly LIRA) programme in 2026 will run for 2 weeks, from the 4th to the 18th of July. All candidates must attend on-site induction prior to the start date (dates outlined below). If candidates have holidays, weddings, graduations etc booked, they must mention this at the interview stage. Time off for such events cannot be guaranteed otherwise. The course is run on the Senior School campus (Sedbergh). We’re looking for an organised, approachable and student-focused Academic and Student Support Officer to join our Academic Office at St Antony’s College. Reporting to the Academic Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their time at the College and ensuring the smooth delivery of academic and examination-related administration.
About the role
The Academic and Student Support Officer provides high-quality administrative support to current students and works closely with colleagues across the College and the University. You will be an important point of contact for students, offering clear guidance, excellent customer service and well-judged support.
The role sits within the Academic Office, which supports students across the full student lifecycle, from admissions and pre-arrival communication through to graduation. You will work as part of a small, friendly and busy team, liaising closely with academic leads and other key College teams. The role is based on site at the College.

- Preparing standard documentation, including status letters, transcripts and enrolment certificates
- Supporting induction and enrolment for new students and helping maintain accurate student records and lists
- Assisting with hardship funds and College grants, and escalating welfare or academic concerns when appropriate
- Organising termly student events and preparing the weekly student newsletter
Examinations support and administration
- Coordinating examination processes in line with College and University regulations
- Monitoring academic progress and proactively identifying issues
- Arranging reasonable adjustments and alternative exam arrangements for students with disabilities
- Processing applications for extensions, mitigating circumstances and academic adjustments
- Supporting examinations held in College, including exam set-up, invigilation coordination and paper handling
- Updating examination records and relevant College webpages
Graduation and Academic Office coordination
- Managing graduation administration, including registration on the student system and liaison with the University
- Organising College graduation ceremonies and acting as the attending College Officer on the day
- Maintaining the graduation section of the College website
- Supporting Academic Office projects, initiatives and peak-period activity across the student lifecycle
Some evening or weekend work will be required at key points in the academic year, including graduation ceremonies.

About the role:
You will make an effective contribution to the provision of appropriate information, advice, support, guidance and access to services and social opportunities for Adult & Young carers in Aberdeenshire, according to their changing needs, working both on an individual and group work basis. You will also support the carer in preparing an Adult Carers Support plan in accordance with relevant carers legislation.
Responsibilities of our Carer Advisor will include:
- Work alongside carers referred to service and establish the impact of their caring role & complete young carers statement/ adult carers support plan as appropriate
- Raising awareness of the role undertaken by people as carers, their statutory rights & their needs, amongst those professionals who plan and manage services.
- Collating and disseminating information on services available locally, and providing an information resource giving details of such services which can be safely accessed by carers, and understood by them.
- Work within a designated Cluster group/ locality giving talks to raise awareness of carers’ issues and to provide information about services available to carers.
- Advising, guiding and supporting both young and adult carers both on a one to one and group basis, taking on an advocacy role when required.
- Facilitating group activities, social and training/educational events as determined by the needs and wishes of the carers.
- Investigating the nature and extent of on-going unmet needs of carers, and determining ways of meeting these needs in accordance with available resources.
- Regularly reviewing needs of carers in the light of changing and evolving circumstances, ensuring that support and information given is relevant and appropriate.
- Exploring and developing effective communication and informal networks amongst a wide range of individuals, including young and adult carers, volunteers, groups and agencies.
