About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and talented individual to work as part of our Chelsea Centre for Creative Industries team providing a comprehensive technical support service to staff and students at Morley College London.
This school is highly successful, with robust enrolments and ambitious plans for T Levels, utilizing our new bespoke ‘Maker space’. We have recently expanded our capabilities in the areas of fashion and textiles, and in furniture making and upholstery, including a brand-new furniture - making studio.
The day-to-day purpose of the role will be to maintain the smooth running of these spaces, supporting teaching ordering equipment and materials for our courses and maintaining positive and regular communication with the management and teaching staff, the premises team and other departments in the college.
This role may suit a job share offering flexibility to existing staff who might be interested in taking on additional hours.

The University of Aberdeen is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and dependable cleaner to join our friendly team of dedicated cleaning staff who take great pride in providing high standards of service across the University estate.Consisting of approximately 85 staff, the Cleaning Services team works within the Facilities Services section of the Directorate of Estates and Facilities, and provides a comprehensive cleaning service across the University campuses. The team ensure that a clean, hygienic and safe environment is maintained for students, staff and visitors to the institution. Activities extend right across the academic and administrative buildings on the Estate, and also incorporate services to the University libraries and sports facilities, and provide support for institutional events and other on campus activities.
Job Description
Post holders may be based at any premises the University occupies and may be required to work at any University location, so a flexible approach is important.
Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, and being reliable are all essential requirements.
The successful candidates will ideally have experience in the cleaning industry and be conversant with relevant Health and Safety procedures and protocols, including COSHH and manual handling.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week, mainly based around Monday - Friday 0600 – 1000 hours but occasional weekend working may be required to support events and student activity.
Successful candidates will be expected to carry out duties until approximately 31 December 2026.
Salary will be paid on the Grade 1 salary scale, £24,554 per annum pro rata (£12.93 per hour) for the number of hours worked.

About the Role
As Recovery Coordinator you will work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of individuals’ recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
What You’ll Do
- Effectively manage a caseload of service users, reviewing and updating on-going processes such as risk assessments, risk management plans and safeguarding assessments and plans.
- Work closely and collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team across the service and externally, providing advice and reports/ information to managers and other colleagues, through attendance at reviews, team meetings, supervision and via telephone conversations.
- Improve outcomes for children, parents/carers and families of services users by reducing the impact of drug and alcohol related harm on family life and promote positive family involvement in recovery.
- Develop and deliver quality programs and packages of work and psychosocial interventions that meet local need across both group work and one to one formats.
- Identify and prevent potential harm to service users and others by following local and organisational safeguarding guidelines, including referral to and engagement with relevant safeguarding authorities.
- Support delivery of key service functions through actively participating in drug screening, duty work, access to BBV testing and immunisation service provision, community needle exchange services and the ongoing delivery of appropriate, tailored alcohol and drug harm reduction interventions.

About the Role
Manage a service user caseload, devising, implementing and reviewing on-going recovery plans and treatment, liaising closely with the full range of workers and skills within the service team, including family members and significant others as appropriate.
“As a Recovery Coordinator you will work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (drug and alcohol) across all stages of individuals’ recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
What You’ll Do
Carry out triage/screening assessments and comprehensive assessments with service users.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to undertake shared assessments, key working and interventions to promote individual service user progression from engagement, through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
Relevant professional qualification e.g. addiction studies, counselling, social work, therapeutic qualification.
Understanding of and ability to implement interventions, including brief interventions MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP.

We are seeking a purpose-driven Community Engagement Coordinator to deliver the Foundation’s charitable programmes across Community Engagement. This role is key in supporting young people and adults at risk in Kirklees—ensuring our community can GROW through learning and opportunity, BELONG through connection and inclusion, and THRIVE through improved wellbeing.
The post holder will deliver activities on the Foundation’s Premier League Inspires (in secondary schools), Premier League Kicks (in community-based youth club settings) and GOALS: Gain Opportunities and Life Skills (in HMP New Hall) programmes. They will also deliver across a variety of projects within the Foundation’s ‘Belong’ Pillar, including but not limited to: Care Leavers Football, Twinning Project, GOALS in the Community, Million Hours and PEAK (Positive Engagement Against Knives). The Community Engagement Coordinator will capture qualitative and quantitative data relevant to the programme and its monitoring and evaluation requirements, through agreed processes with the Community Engagement Manager, who will be the post-holder’s line manager.
The post holder must be well-organised with the ability to plan and deliver engaging and impactful sessions and interventions that are relevant to the participants and the overarching aims of the Foundation’s Community & Connection Pillar projects. They must be passionate about working with young people and adults at risk to realise their potential.
The post holder will also have line management responsibility of Casual Community Coaches working on the Premier League Kicks programme.
