We are seeking a Caretaker to join our team at our Estate Services team based in London.
As a Caretaker you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas of high-rise buildings as well as carrying out bulk removals and disposing of items in a correct manner. For this role you will also be reporting ASB issues and repairs and providing access to contractors to carry out work..
The role of Caretaker will include:

- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
- Experience in a similar cleaning role or completing similar tasks
- Understanding of COSHH regulations
- Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
- Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Good communication and customer care skills
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full manual valid UK driving licence

We are looking for a caretaker
The Caretaker will be responsible for implementing systems and procedures for all of the responsibilities described below. The successful candidate will therefore need to be flexible in both managing the weekly hours and approaches in order to carry out duties effectively and efficiently.
Hours of Work
We will operate a winter hour rota and a summer hour rota on a seven-day basis.
The winter rota will operate between November – March:
Your hours of work for the winter rota will be rotated between a morning and an afternoon shift.

Tate is looking for a RICHeS Conservation Scientist to join our team!
Are you a Heritage Scientist with interest in the UK Research and the Innovation Research Infrastructure for Conservation and Heritage Science (RICHeS) programme?
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Conservation Department of one of the world’s leading art institutions. We are seeking a conservation scientist to contribute to the understanding, conservation and preservation of artworks in Tate's and other collections through the provision of access, expertise, analysis and research; helping to expand the global reach and impact of conservation and heritage science.
Tate was awarded two infrastructure project grants in 2024 through the Research Infrastructure for Conservation and Heritage Science (RICHeS) initiative entitled Accessing Modern and Contemporary Art Materials Research and Establishing Tate’s Conservation and Heritage Science Archive. These projects commenced in September 2024, spanning a 2-year period to September 2026. The Conservation Scientist roles (x2) were awarded to support the ongoing provision of the RICHeS program at Tate for 5 years from April 1st, 2026, based in the Conservation Science and Preventive Conservation team. This role facilitates and supports access for external researchers to Tate’s conservation and heritage science resources. You will be embedded within a committed, knowledgeable team, carrying out complex scientific analysis and conservation treatment support, the cataloguing and sharing of Tate’s scientific and conservation research data, contributing to the Heritage Science Data Service and co-delivering on access pathways and requests from external users. You will also support the development and delivery of scientific research in art materials and collection care and contribute to in-house scientific support requests. The RICHeS Conservation Scientist roles are key to providing access to heritage science within the UK, as well as addressing the changing material nature of Tate’s collection and our longer-term ambition of developing a modern and contemporary art research hub.
You will hold a Ph.D. in conservation science, heritage science, technical art history or a physical science, or have equivalent experience in a heritage science or related setting. You will need to demonstrate experience in scientific analysis and research within a complex environment. It is essential that you are experienced in analytical and/or imaging techniques applied to works of art and have experience with complex data analysis and working collaboratively. You will need to demonstrate strong documentation skills, including report writing. You will also have experience communicating with a range of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written, visual and oral as well as enthusiasm for expanding the impact of heritage science within the UK and globally.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ticketing and supporter services departments, including staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement ticketing strategies to drive sales, including pricing models, dynamic pricing, and promotional campaigns, while aligning with supporter engagement goals.
- Manage relationships with Ticketmaster Sport and other external partners to ensure system reliability, updates, and integration with club platforms for both ticketing and fan services.
- Analyse ticketing and supporter data and trends to provide insights for revenue optimisation, fan behaviour understanding, and personalised engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including data protection (GDPR), accessibility standards, and football governing body requirements.
- Lead on matchday ticketing logistics, including box office operations, access control, and troubleshooting, while coordinating supporter services for a smooth fan experience.
- Champion supporter services and fan engagement initiatives, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, managing feedback mechanisms, developing loyalty programs, organising fan forums, community outreach, and accessibility improvements to build lasting relationships and enhance overall supporter satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance fan engagement through targeted ticketing and supporter initiatives, such as digital ticketing, personalised offers, exclusive events, and supporter-driven content.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like attendance figures, sell-out rates, customer feedback, engagement metrics, and supporter retention rates.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, such as mobile ticketing enhancements, CRM integrations, or new supporter service tools to elevate the fan experience.
- Proven experience in a senior role within ticketing and/or supporter services in sports, entertainment, or events industries, ideally in football or a similar high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team focused on both operational efficiency and fan-centric service.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with experience using data to inform decisions in revenue and engagement contexts.
- Proficiency in ticketing software and CRM systems; recommended experience with Ticketmaster Sport or similar platforms.
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with a deep fan-focused mindset and expertise in supporter engagement.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, including digital transformation in ticketing and advanced supporter services.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
- Experience in revenue management, commercial operations, or supporter relations within a sports club.
- Familiarity with football-specific regulations (e.g., EFL guidelines) and fan engagement frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools or reporting software for tracking supporter metrics.
- A passion for football and a strong understanding of fan culture, with a proven track record in delivering exceptional supporter services.
