About the Team:
Disclosure Content is responsible for the strategic development, maintenance, and delivery of CDP’s disclosure framework (question bank, reporting guidance, and scoring). The disclosure framework provides environmental information to investors, customers, and other data users, and drives companies’ actions to transition to a sustainable economy. Within Disclosure Content, the Strategic Evolution team is responsible for developing CDP’s disclosure framework in response to strategic projects, standard and framework alignment, and other evolving needs of the organization. We work closely with other teams and functions across CDP to implement environmental reporting best practices and pioneer new areas of environmental disclosure.
About this role:
This role will provide technical, scientific, and analytical expertise to develop and ensure the high quality of CDP’s disclosure framework, to drive corporate environmental disclosure and action, with a focus on the Financial Services sector. This includes the CDP question bank, reporting guidance, scoring methodologies and resulting data.
What you will do:
Contribute to the development of the question bank, reporting guidance, and scoring methodologies – across environmental disclosure, focusing on the Financial Services sector. Including:

Prioritizing data points/metrics from sustainability standards/frameworks relevant to the Financial Services sector and translating these into developments for the evolution of CDP’s corporate question bank and reporting guidance.

Analyzing response data and conducting desk-based research on the Financial Services sector.

Drafting and and proofreading technical documents.

Provide Financial Services sector expertise and analytical support across CDP’s broader activities related to its question bank, guidance, and scoring methodologies. Including:

Contributing to projects (e.g. funded projects, publications, consultations, engagement events etc.).

Delivering internal presentations/webinars on the Financial Services sector.

Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of processes related to the evolution and delivery of CDP’s Financial Services questions, guidance, and scoring methodologies.

Role Responsibility
You will be supporting Young People to manage their finances, gain independent living skills, promote health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyle choices as well as supporting them to maximise their involvement in local training, education, and employment opportunities.
The role is changeable, and every day will be different, some examples of what you will be responsible for are:
- Managing the referrals, sign up, support and move on for the Young People
- Developing, implementing and reviewing individual support plans and risk assessments focussing on young people’s needs, strengths and goals.
- Providing support with budgets and finances
- Provide an excellent rent / service charge collection service, ensuring regular accounts monitoring and contact with people regarding payments
- Completing accurate and detailed daily records for the Young People
- Providing practical support and guidance to the Young People including daily living skills, cooking, cleaning, and ‘moving on’ plans

About the Role
The Barnardo's Co-op Partnership is an exciting, innovative project aiming to support over 1 million young people to build positive futures.
Our Sedgemoor for our Future service is co-designed by young people and built around a social kitchen concept. We create welcoming spaces where young people can:
- Learn to cook healthy, nutritious meals
- Share food and eat together
- Have fun through games and activities
- Explore topics that matter to them
- Build confidence, teamwork, and life skills
Session Details
- Tuesdays– Highbridge, 4:30pm–6:00pm
- Wednesdays– Bridgwater, 4:30pm–6:00pm
Applicants must be available to facilitate these two sessions, you will need to be able to design and deliver these workshops in different places and spaces to help young people develop confidence, teamwork, and skills. You will also need to attend events, find creative ways to engage young people across Sedgemoor, and evaluate sessions by recording outcomes.
Contract Hours
Hours will be between 18.5 – 25 per week (flexible, including evenings).

We are recruiting a dynamic ‘As and When' Project Worker, who can support us to deliver our new service in Bridgewater For Our Future!
Sedgemoor For Our Future has been designed by young people, for young people.
The role is flexible with opportunities to support the team in running groupwork sessions designed to support and improve young people's mental wellbeing, access to food through cooking activities and support to run events that young people can access to develop skills and confidence.
Groupwork sessions will largely be running during evenings and during half terms. For Our Future (SFOF) is a service that has been co-designed by local young people and is part of Barnardo's partnership with the Co-op. The partnership has three key aims:
- Improve young people's mental wellbeing
- Improve access to basic needs (food)
- Improve access to opportunities
SFOF runs 2 groups per week, one in Sedgemoor (Weds) and one in Highbridge (Tues) where young people can come together and:

Eat together
Make new friends and connect
Talk about things that are important to them

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative to work at our NHS Client's site - ( St. Catherine’s Health Centre, Derby Rd, Birkenhead CH42 0LQ). Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will work individually or as part of a team to undertake the cleaning of designated areas within the property and to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic environment.
You duties will include but not be limited to:
- Cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bin, polishing and dusting of the designated areas (which may include toilets and shower areas), and fixture and fittings, using where appropriate, powered equipment.
- The movement of items of furniture.
- All duties must be carried out to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act; statutory and company instruction and regulation and any other legal requirements.
- To relieve and assist in other establishments in certain circumstances.
- To attend and take all necessary action, statutory and otherwise in the event of accident, fire, loss, theft, lost property, damage, unfit food or other irregularities and complete the necessary return and/or reports.
- To attend meetings as requested.
- Duties may vary dependant on the requirement to cover in times of staff absence.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
- Comply with Company rules, policies and procedures at all times.
It is essential that you have worked in a similar role and enjoy working as part of a busy team. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident in communicating with clients, patients and colleagues.

The Academy provides a safe, modern working environment for pupils, staff, and our team. Reporting to the Area Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and undertaking the cleaning of designated areas within each property ensuring they are kept in a clean and hygienic environment.
The hours required for the role are 4.45pm to 7.45pm, Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm to 6.30pm Friday. A total of 15 hours per week.
Additionally, you will be involved in numerous tasks including but not limited to:

- Keeping up to date with current legislation and educate site based teams, updating EWFM paperwork and site based files.
- To ensure the Company accountancy, required documentation and administration procedures are carried out to the required standard.

While she’s independent, she may need prompting with routines and emotional support. You’ll monitor wellbeing, respond to any needs during the night, and help maintain a peaceful environment.
About You
You’ll have previous experience supporting people with autism, epilepsy, and complex needs. You’ll be patient, adaptable, and confident in providing person-centred support during waking nights. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a calm environment are essential.
