Partnership Manager
Lincolnshire Music Service is seeking an inspirational Partnership Manager to join our dynamic and award-winning team. Due to the retirement of the existing postholder, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping music education across the county.
About the Role
As Partnership Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop strategic partnerships to support high-quality music education.
- Work collaboratively and support LMS staff members, schools, cultural organisations, and community partners.
- Drive engagement and participation in music-making for children and young people.
- Contribute to the leadership of Lincolnshire Music Service and ensure delivery of its vision and objectives.
The ability to travel is essential for this role as you will be required to work from multiple locations within Lincolnshire.

Social Media & Content Officer
If you are passionate about creating impactful content and engaging with audiences on social media, then we want to hear from you! As the Social Media & Content Officer, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media assets, analysing our social posts as well as involvement in the planning, producing and editing of our podcast.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, scheduling and posting engaging and timely content on Music Mark’s social media channels
- Creating and designing social media assets and editing videos/reels for our social media channels
- Engaging with Music Mark’s membership and wider audience on social media
- Regularly monitoring and reviewing Music Mark’s social media performance including accessing, interpreting and reporting on analytics
- Monitoring wider sector news and hot topics being debated and feeding this into Music Mark’s content plan
- Maintaining a content library for photos, videos, branded assets, etc, and selecting relevant content from our library to meet campaign briefs
- Supporting with content-related tasks including research, copywriting, asset creation and proofreading
- Creating and delivering paid social media advertising campaigns
- Supporting the planning and creation of the Music Mark podcast

- Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 25 days per year, plus statutory bank holidays and an office closure between Christmas and New Year. For part time employees, the entitlement is pro rata.
- 3% employer contributions to a NEST pension scheme.

Instrumental String Teacher (Lower Strings Specialist)
We are seeking to appoint an innovative, committed and inspirational lower strings teacher to further develop the work of Wakefield Music Services, consortium partner for the West Yorkshire Music Hub.
The post is initially for 3 days and involves instrumental tuition in a variety of primary and secondary schools across the Wakefield district. This exciting opportunity will involve joining our existing team of string teachers and applicants would need to demonstrate that they have the skills and qualities to deliver high quality instrumental tuition. In addition to instrumental teaching, the post may also involve directing groups and ensembles at one of our vibrant Music Centres.
The successful applicant will benefit from a wealth of high quality support including CPD and mentoring. Instrumental teachers employed by the service enjoy nationally agreed conditions of service and a casual car user allowance is associated with the post.
Starting date is April the 13th 2026 and the post is initially temporary up till August 2027.
