STiR Education is looking for a new chair of our trustee board
We are now entering an exciting new chapter with a new strategy which focuses on amplification (where we support the impact of key education reforms to flourish at scale) and the localisation of our programmes in Uganda and Indonesia into independent national entities. We are looking for a Chair of trustees to support us through this next phase.
The Chair will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, strengthening governance, and championing STiR’s mission and values of humility, ownership, openness, and purpose.
We’re looking for a Chair with experience in education systems, international development, or public sector reform, a commitment to STIR’s missions and values and a willingness to bring networks and to support our fundraising efforts.
Time commitment: Around 3 days per month (voluntary)
Term: 3 years, renewable
