We are looking for a Payments Analyst to join our Accounts Payable Team in Peterborough.

You’ll be joining our friendly and experienced Accounts Payable – Payments Team, part of Bauer’s Group Finance function. We’re a close-knit team of six (one currently on maternity leave) who work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Difference you will make
As an Accounts Payable Analyst (Payments), you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers, freelancers, and employees across Bauer’s UK operations. You’ll manage payment cycles, resolve queries, and contribute to process improvements that keep our finance operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a large, multi-brand media organisation while owning your area of responsibility.
Your Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running weekly pay cycles (BACS, cheque, and foreign wire) across Bauer UK territories
- Processing manual payments and supplier direct debits
- Clearing bank reconciliation items and debit balances
- Managing internal and external payment queries
- Posting AP and sales ledger refunds
- Preparing monthly KPI reporting for management
- Supporting audits and onboarding new companies migrating to SAP S/4
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
The Skills you will bring
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable (payments experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills for dealing with stakeholders
- Good Excel skills; SAP S/4Hana experience is a plus
- AAT qualification preferred but not essential

Your role

- Identify Customers via our data segments, proposition matching and confidently pitching audioXi’s full suite of product capabilities .
- Be the “face” of audioXi, by acting as first point of contact for our customers, national network advertising agencies.
- Ensure that you are feeding directly into the wider Bauer commercial strategy whilst being aware of our revenue perform versus the wider team target.
The Skills you will bring:
- Previous experience in a sales role or similar.
- Strong Commercial acumen – able to match benefits of our product offering to customer objectives.

- Proactive commercial approach – IP audio is a growing medium that will need to be proactively sold.

About the Role
As the Advertising Attribution & Performance Executive, you will help shape and develop Bauer’s advertising measurement ecosystem. Your focus will be on supporting the rollout of attribution platforms—such as Veritone—while building the frameworks, reporting, and insights that drive better decision‑making and campaign performance.
This is an exciting hybrid role blending analytics, tooling, commercial enablement, and innovation, making it ideal for someone passionate about data‑driven advertising, attribution models, and empowering teams with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the rollout, onboarding, and adoption of Veritone and other attribution tools across Bauer’s 9 markets.
- Build standardised campaign performance reports, dashboards, and templates to support consistent measurement.
- Strengthen trust in attribution insights among internal teams and advertisers/agencies. Document best practices and produce training resources to enhance measurement capability across markets.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Experiment with and evaluate new measurement approaches, including MMM, digital attribution, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and deliver training that helps non‑technical and commercial teams confidently use attribution tools.
- Support teams in applying attribution insights to client pitches, conversations and campaign optimisation.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, analytics, and market teams to ensure measurement frameworks align with broader business and advertiser objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in performance analytics, media measurement, or advertising effectiveness.
- A general understanding of attribution approaches is required. Experience with tools such as Veritone, MMM, or digital attribution platforms is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Background in developing training materials or enabling commercial teams to use data‑driven tools effectively.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, working confidently across commercial, technical, and product teams.
- Clear and adaptable communicator, able to simplify complex data for different audiences.

About the role:
The Program Manager leads and coordinates large-scale data initiatives, overseeing multiple related projects to ensure they deliver maximum value to the business. Key responsibilities:
Program Management
- Oversee multiple data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Define program objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders

- Work closely with representatives from nine markets and central teams (Competitions, Digital, Commercial and Technology) to ensure seamless integration of projects
- Act as the primary contact point for the central transformation team in aligning the Data outcomes to the wider Bauer strategy implementation, delivery and reporting/TMO standards
Project Governance
- Develop and implement a robust project governance framework, ensuring that all initiatives follow established guidelines and governance is maintained effectively throughout the project lifecycle
Change Management
- Manage and guide necessary changes to meet project goals while aligning with Bauer Media’s broader digital transformation strategy

About the Role
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data Enablement team. In this role, you’ll turn raw data into well-structured, business-ready models that enable reliable reporting and analytics. You’ll work with modern tools like dbt, Snowflake, and BI platforms such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau to create a semantic layer that ensures consistent metrics and insights.
This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong business focus. You’ll collaborate with Data Engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to modernize our data estate and deliver high-quality, trusted data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build dimensional data models and marts using dbt and Kimball principles.
- Develop and maintain dbt pipelines for transforming raw data into gold-layer marts.
- Define and maintain a semantic layer for consistent metrics across BI tools.
- Contribute to the migration from Redshift/BigQuery to Snowflake.
- Implement data quality checks using dbt tests and Great Expectations.
- Collaborate in agile squads, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Strong SQL skills (Redshift or BigQuery experience; Snowflake preferred).
- Hands-on experience with dbt (models, tests, production environments).
- Solid understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball-style).
- Familiarity with semantic layer design and BI tools (Looker, Power BI).
- Practical Python experience for data engineering tasks.
- Agile team experience (Jira, Confluence) and Git-based workflows.
- Cloud experience (ideally AWS).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Advanced Snowflake experience.
- Exposure to Airflow, Great Expectations, and dbt-expectations.
- Familiarity with Tableau and multi-tool BI environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full delivery cycle of training sessions across nine European markets.
- Liaise with trainers to schedule, prepare and run effective sessions.
- Collect and evaluate post‑training feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Use eLearning platforms such as Synthesia and EasyGenerator and digital tools (including basic audio/video editing) to support content creation and delivery.

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Accounts Payable Team in Peterborough.

You’ll be joining our dedicated and highly collaborative Accounts Receivable Team, responsible for ensuring strong financial governance and smooth revenue operations. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll transform raw data into well-modelled, business-ready marts and semantic layers. You’ll lead on Kimball-style modelling, dbt transformations, and semantic definitions for BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. This role combines technical leadership with line management (2–3 engineers) and collaboration with senior stakeholders on multi-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own dimensional data models and marts in dbt following Kimball principles.
- Build and maintain dbt pipelines from raw layers to gold layer marts, ensuring performance and quality.
- Define and enforce modelling and testing standards across the team.

The Focus of the Role:
This role supports the Fashion team and ensuring the smooth running of all editorial fashion activity. You’ll help maintain the highest standards across photoshoots, sample management, and studio organisation, while working closely with PRs, brands, and the wider creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Fashion Team, across day‑to‑day operations and shoot preparation
- Partner with the other Fashion Assistant to oversee work‑experience talent

We are looking for a Charity Manager to join our Cash for Kids team in Edinburgh.
We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You will be confident engaging with people at all levels and bring enthusiasm, initiative, and strong organisational ability to the role.
The successful candidate will possess excellent people and event management skills, along with a proven ability to build and sustain partnerships that deliver tangible results. What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and day-to-day management of the charity’s activities and initiatives.
- Drive income growth by setting and achieving fundraising targets through the development and delivery of high-profile events and campaigns.
- Develop and execute targeted PR and communications plans to raise the charity’s profile and promote its mission.
- Oversee and advise on the preparation of grant applications prior to review by the Local Executive Board.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including radio and station teams, to coordinate and deliver effective on-air appeals and campaigns.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of volunteers and street fundraisers to support charity initiatives.
What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role ideally in a managerial fundraising position

The difference you will make:
As an Account Manager will take personal revenue responsibility for a number of accounts as well as the responsibility to grow business across the Cornwall territory, for the Bauer portfolio. Your role:
Our advertising clients are central to everything we do. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio. Responsibilities with include:

Job Purpose
The Head of People Operations is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and delivery of People Services (administration) and Payroll for Germany, ensuring operational excellence across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs).
This role focuses on continuously improving processes, systems, and employee experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
As part of the Global People Operations Leadership Team — alongside other Heads of People Operations, the People Technology Director, and the People Data and Analytics Senior Manager — this position plays a key role in shaping and executing the global operations strategy locally.
Key stakeholders include Country and LoB People Business Partners/Directors, Finance and Procurement teams, as well as the People Technology, People Data and Analytics, Talent, Total Rewards, and Performance Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of People Services for Germany, including administrative activities, payroll, and related processes.

We are looking for a AR Credit Controller to join our Accounts Receivable Team in Peterborough.

You’ll be joining our dedicated and highly collaborative Accounts Receivable Team, responsible for ensuring strong financial governance and smooth revenue operations. The team oversees all new customer onboarding, manages sales system/CRM interfaces for monthly billing, delivers invoices and statements, handles cash collection, posts cash to customer accounts, and reports on aged debt and bad debt.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing outstanding customer debt and safeguarding the business against financial risk. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure payments are collected on time, accounts are well‑maintained, and issues are quickly resolved. Your efforts directly support strong cashflow, reliable reporting, and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also support Customer Master Data Governance, ensuring all customer details are accurate, compliant, and reliable for audit and reporting purposes.
Your Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing aged debt in line with our defined collection strategy
- Taking a proactive approach to chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email
- Escalating late payers to the Credit Control Team Leader when required
- Negotiating payment plans with customers and documenting agreements
- Performing customer account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate Customer Master Data and supporting governance processes
- Managing Pre‑Stop and Stop accounts
- Investigating and arranging customer refunds
- Handling customer queries and ensuring resolution within agreed timelines
- Leading regular meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders
- Liaising with external debt recovery partners
- Applying commercial awareness when managing specific customer accounts
The Skills you will bring
- 2+ years’ experience in Credit Control (shared service centre experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and varied workloads
- Excellent organisational, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with strong teamwork skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally
- High level of resilience, reliability, and accuracy
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; S/4 Hana experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

As The Head of Online you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of makemeawinner.co.uk’s online channel. Working Pattern/Location

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Audio Sales Coordinator to join our Agency Sales Team in London.

In this role, you’ll manage audio airtime briefs across a portfolio of key London media agencies, ensuring Bauer continues to uphold its reputation for unrivalled customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team by efficiently turning around planning requests, using insight and creativity to deliver the best sales solutions and drive revenue.
This role will ideally suit someone with a passion for sales wanting to take that first step and grow within our sales department.
What you’ll be doing
• Plan, book, and manage administration of all radio airtime campaigns, ensuring alignment with agency deals and inventory targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate campaign turnaround
• Monitor national agency and client spend to identify revenue opportunities
• Support Account Managers/Directors with reporting and Post Campaign Analysis presentations
• Maximise agency expenditure by challenging briefs and delivering insightful, creative responses
• Follow up proposals with strong negotiation skills to maximise opportunities for both agency and Bauer
• Drive key focus areas and sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets
• Provide agencies with competitor reports, programming updates, RAJAR figures, and ad-hoc requests
• Collaborate with other agency hub groups when needed
What you’ll bring
• Strong Customer service experience
• Passion and enthusiasm for media sales and Bauer’s brands
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner
• Naturally curious and eager to learn, with ambition to progress within a large organisation
• Personable and able to build relationships across internal teams and external clients
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail

Your role
You’ll be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Go, TypeScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Lead small feature-driven sub-teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to align development with customer needs.

- Participate in incident management rotas and provide technical support.
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
