Specialist Area Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in wet areas such as swimming pool surrounds, saunas, steam rooms, and shower areas, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Ensure safe and effective cleaning of gym equipment and fitness machines without causing damage.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), and manual handling regulations.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines and site procedures.
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Waste Management
- Empty waste bins, recycling containers, and sanitary units regularly ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Stock Control and Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock levels or equipment faults to the supervisor or facilities manager.

Incident Reporting and Communication
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or hazards (e.g., broken tiles, leaking pipes) promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Customer Service Support

- The post-holder will be responsible for contributing to the operational tasks involved in the day to day running of the facility.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attend to all routine office administration including but not limited to answering queries from the general public both verbally and in writing, managing bookings, recording all accidents/incidents, issuing tickets and facility passes and recording daily attendance figures.

Role Overview:
- The Events Teamare a busy, creative, tight knit group of vibrant professionals who are looking for someone to join the team who pride themselves in 5 start customer service and going the extra mile for their clients. In the Events Team we celebrate creative problem solving, autonomy and integrity in our approach to work.
- Reporting to the Senior Events Production Manager, the Events Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting a range of productions across the Enable events programme. These include in-house productions ranging from outdoor music concerts to Battersea Park Fireworks to Wandsworth Civic Suite Pantomime. Enable also delivers family festivals and events in our green spaces across the summer season as well as a varied roster of community and stakeholder events through the year. The Production Assistant also holds responsibility for ensuring that Enable stores are maintained in an orderly state and that Enable-owned and hired equipment is kept in a suitable condition for events.

- Checking the stores weekly to ensure that they are well organised and that equipment that has been used for events is returned correctly and promptly

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic coach to work with a range of groups, including beginners, recreational and competitive juniors.
There is flexibility to working hours however, applicants must be available to work a minimum of two weekday afternoons, and one day at the weekend desirable would be a weekend morning. During peak season (April-September) there are often additional overtime hours available if desired.

- Responsible for leading and delivering all aspects of the Active Wellbeing programme; personalised one-to-one exercise support for people with a diagnosis of severe mental illness (SMI). This includes planning, development, delivery, promotion, and reporting.
- Deliver initial and follow up service user assessments for adults with SMI in collaboration with exercise instructors.
- Line management of Mental Health Support Officer, scheduling regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and support staff development.

- Working with Enable Marketing and Communications department, create and implement a marketing and communication plan. This will include press releases, social media activity, producing promotional literature.

- Manage programme budgets as required. Monitor and document income and expenditure according to Enable policy and procedure.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Events Producer, this role will be responsible for producing, delivering and running multiple events in the Enable calendar, including Summer in Battersea Park (a multi-weekend programme of free family entertainment and activities), Big Play Out (a free summer event for local children and young people), and other events produced by Enable. Alongside production management, this role will manage the programming of a range of live performances and activities for these events. The Events Production Manager will also coordinate the schools outreach programmes connected to Enable’s ticketed events and will support on-site across the full roster of Enable productions.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about creating community-focused events and thrives on variety in the type of events they manage. The person should pride themselves on five-star customer service for visitors and stakeholders alike and should have enthusiasm for going the extra mile to create moments of connection, inspiration and joy.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Event Production
- Managing the research, development, design, production, programming and delivery of allocated production events
- Engaging activity facilitators and performers for event programmes, and creating associated activity and stage schedules
- Sourcing and planning event infrastructure and supplier services for outdoor and indoor event sites
- Producing all relevant production paperwork, including but not limited to site plans, event safety management plans, and risk assessments
- Acting as the appointed site manager and assisting with the physical set up and dismantling of events, including the management of contractors and suppliers and the distribution and return of events equipment / stores and vehicles as required
- Booking and managing in-house and casual staff to assist with events and ensuring that all staff and on-site partners are fully briefed
- As required, acting as a personal licence holder at events under the relevant venue’s premises licence
Community and Stakeholder Partner Relationship Management
- Liaising with existing community partners to develop events and projects and strengthen ways of working together
- Researching new connections across communities and exploring further opportunities to connect with stakeholder groups within production events
- Developing and maintaining excellent processes and policies for working with community volunteers, young people and performance groups
- Working with local schools to coordinate educational workshops and activity sessions
Operations
- Updating Artifax (scheduling and event management system) with all event details and future event dates
- Liaising closely with the Events Team and other park-based services to ensure that production events are coordinated effectively within the wider events and activity schedule
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of Enable venues including any restrictions, rules or limitations and implementing these on site
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure that all paperwork is in order and site briefings and policies are clearly communicated
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that each event has a clear communications plan and is promoted to relevant audiences and communities
- Working with other Enable teams to explore opportunities for collaboration and connections with other services e.g. leisure, parks, Putney School of Art and Design
- Providing excellent customer service and operational management on site to ensure the safety, enjoyment and comfort of all visitors
Admin and Finance
- Managing production budgets and regularly updating budgets with all recorded income and expenditure
- Proactively seeking feedback from community and stakeholder partners and visitors to production events, and when necessary, escalating queries and complaints to the Senior Events Producer
- Line managing events team members throughout full event seasons and supervising a variety of event staff and contractors on-site during build, live and de-rig
- Seeking quotes for goods and services in line with Enable’s Procurement Code, and raising purchase orders
- Carrying out other duties as directed by the senior management
Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Proven and demonstrable experience of producing and delivering medium to large-scale public outdoor events
- A keen enthusiasm for creating events that celebrate community and connection
- Excellent budgeting skills and adaptability in creating impact and excitement within specific financial parameters
- Passion for creating events to entertain wide-ranging audiences and diverse communities
- Confidence and experience in running large scale event sites, leading on all operations and proactively addressing issues, queries and challenges as they arise
- Experience of booking workshop facilitators, activity leaders, artists and community performance groups
- Experience of researching, negotiating and coordinating quotes and logistics for event infrastructure and suppliers
- Confidence in producing all relevant production paperwork, schedules and briefings
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing, by telephone or face to face, both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure across multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent team player with experience of line management and supervising event project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel spreadsheets
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and late nights as required and ability to manage your time accordingly
Desirable
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software
- Experience creating event presentation decks on Canva or similar platforms
- Experience in premises and event licence application processes

- CAD trained
- Confident driver with clean UK manual driving licence
