We are seeking a full-time technician to join our technical team, where you will be challenged and engaged in a number of scenarios whilst working on a variety of our high-profile productions.
Whether working with world class orchestras and touring productions, supporting education and community activities, carrying out maintenance or preparing for future events, as part of our technical team you will be at the centre of activity from load in to load out. You will be expected to be professional and customer focused at all times, whilst delivering technical expertise to the highest of standards and operating in a safe working manner.
It is essential to have live experience within lighting, sound and/or stage management for bands, comedians, orchestras or conference, preferably with a demonstrable knowledge of Avolites Quartz and Avolites Arena lighting consoles and the Midas M32 range of sound desks. A good understanding of current H&S legislation and IPAF/PASMA certificates would be beneficial but are not a necessity. You will need to be highly organised, a good communicator, effective at multi-tasking and have a good eye for detail.

Food and Beverage Assistant
Job Description
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused team members to deliver high-quality food and drink service across our café, bars and events. You’ll support barista, bar and hospitality service, maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and safety, and help create a positive experience for audiences and guests.
This role suits someone with customer-facing experience, confidence using electronic tills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Barista skills and food safety knowledge are desirable, but not essential.

Ticket Sales Officer (TSO)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticket Sales Officer to support the delivery of ticket sales across our venues.
You will process ticket bookings across multiple channels, respond to customer enquiries, upsell memberships, manage exchanges and refunds, and act as an escalation point for colleagues and customers. On event days, you will supervise the box office, liaise with promoter representatives and internal teams, manage guest lists, oversee end-of-show reporting.
You will have experience working with a ticketing system (Spektrix desirable), strong communication and organisational skills, and a calm, proactive approach in busy, live event environments. A commitment to outstanding customer service and an enthusiasm for live music and the arts are essential.
This is a 36-hour per week role, worked on an annualised hours basis including evenings and weekends.
