We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team at our St Andrews service.
We support around 20 individuals living independently in their own flats, helping them with their day-to-day lives so they can live as independently and confidently as possible. All flats are located within the same building, creating a welcoming community feel and meaning there is no travel between sites, there is always a supportive staff team on hand.
Our service is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from St Andrews bus station, with regular connections to the rest of Fife, Dundee and surrounding areas.
We offer a good level of flexibility around shift patterns. Shifts run across 7 days with early shifts starting from 7am and late shifts finishing at 10pm. Sleepover shifts* are a requirement in the service.
Please note that due to local bus timetables, public transport may not always be available for travel to or from surrounding areas at these times.
*A sleepover shift consists of working during the day, a rest period sleeping over in the service and then working again the next day. The sleepover period is over and above your contracted hours and gets paid as an additional payment of £100.80 per sleepover.

Ark Buckie provide support to 14 supported people to live as independently in their own homes. Support ranges from 16 hours a week to 24 hour support – due to the nature of support we provide shift patterns are variable to meet the needs of the individual. We support a wide range of ages from 18 – 70+. Support varies based on the individuals needs and wishes – this could be personal care, medication and finances, meal preparation, support to appointments, household tasks or accessing the community.
Our supported people enjoy a wide variety of activities such as going out for lunch, bowling, trampolining, swimming, darts, football, snooker, spending time with their families and going on holidays. An increasing number of our supported people have mobility cars which widens opportunity for activities in the community. We always try to make goals happen for people this could be exploring courses to support people with employability or trying a new activity. Our supported people love to be part of the community and have been organising regular events such as discos and BBQs where they can invite their friends and family and everyone can get together.
Please note that this role includes Sleepover* shifts, 7am shift starts and 10pm shift finish times.
As this service supports people with complex needs all our Support Worker roles do involve personal care and giving medication in line with the Support Plan.
*A sleepover shift consists of working during the day, a rest period sleeping over in the service between 11pm - 7am and then working again the next day. Sleepover shift are typically 3pm - 3pm or 7am - 7am. The sleepover period is over and above your contracted hours and gets paid as an additional payment of £100.80 per sleepover.

Midlothian service operates in both Loanhead and Dalkeith.
In Loanhead we support 6 people in 5 flats within the same block. Our supported people have a wide range of support needs including Dysphasia.
There are good transport links to Loanhead including Lothian's bus numbers 37 & 47 and Borders bus X62. There is 1 sleepover shift per day and shifts are usually approximately 8 hours e.g. 8am - 4pm or 1pm - 9pm.
Dalkeith supports 5 people within the same complex all in their own flats. Shifts are approximately 8 or 9 hours (e.g. 9-5, 9-6 or 12-8).
There are good bus transport links from Edinburgh on Lothian bus numbers 3 & 33. East Coast Bus 140 also operates between Musselburgh and Dalkeith.
During your induction and training period you will work alongside our experienced team members, once your training is complete this role will involve lone working.

You will be joining our amazing team of Support Workers who already operate the small outreach service that is situated in Dedridge.
Our support workers support our people using a person centred approach to live in their own homes and to live their lives to their full potential and be included in the community.
Livingston Service already supports 3 people out in the community in their own homes. Some of these supported people need 24 hour support and others only need short periods of support.
There will be 3 new Supported People requiring 24 hour care with a variety of complex needs (including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health an Epilepsy) joining the service.
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated individuals however experience is preferred but not essential. We will consider individuals that can demonstrate the right values and willingness to engage with their learning and development.
We offer a personalised service to meet the individual’s needs this includes support to maintain their tenancies, finances, personal care, medication, health & social support.
Shifts will be on a rota basis. There will be a variety of day, evening, and sleepover shifts*.
*A sleepover shift consists of working an afternoon/evening shift starting at 3pm, a rest period (11pm - 7am) sleeping over in the service and then working a shift in the morning finishing at 3pm. The sleepover period is over and above your contracted hours and gets paid as an additional payment of £100.80 per sleepover.

We support over 20 individuals of varying ages, including younger adults, some of whom live independently in their own flats. We provide person centred support to help people live as independently, confidently and happily as possible.
Our role is to support individuals with their day to day lives whether it be in their own homes or out in the community, This may include helping people take part in activities of their choice such as shopping, socialising, attending groups, appointments, leisure activities, or simply getting out and about and doing things that matter to them.
Please note – This role may involve some physical activity, including supporting individuals who use wheelchairs.
Our services are located throughout Glenrothes and the surrounding areas which are all easy accessible via public transport.
We offer a good level of flexibility around shift patterns with varying hours. Sleepover* shifts are a requirement in the service.
**A sleepover shift consists of working during the day, a rest period sleeping over in the service and then working again the next day. The sleepover period is over and above your contracted hours and gets paid as an additional payment of £100.80 per sleepover.
Please note that the 2x37 Hour - Female Only** positions requires a Full UK Drivers license.

Full Time 37 hour & Part Time 30 Hour Posts - Female Only**
Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata
Linlithgow Service supports 9 people. There is 3 people in a House of Multiple Occupancy and 6 in their own individual homes. All the houses are situated round one courtyard which means there is a real community feel amongst both the Supported People and the Support Workers. Support needs within the service range from 24 hour a day support (including using the hoist and personal care) to those who just need help with finances, shopping and social.
Our support workers support our people using a person cantered approach to live their lives to their full potential and to feel included in the community.
We offer a personalised service to meet the individual’s needs this includes support to maintain their tenancies, finances, personal care, health & social support.
There is a bus stop outside with buses going into Edinburgh, Falkirk, Grangemouth, Bo'ness and the surrounding villages. The train station is a 4 minute walk from the service and we also have car parking available on site.
We offer a personalised service to meet the individual’s needs this includes support to maintain their tenancies, finances, personal care, medication, health & social support.
Shifts will be on a rota basis. There will be a variety of day, evening, and sleepover shifts*.
