POSITION SUMMARY:The Technology department is responsible for the Development, Realization and Implementation of the strategic Digital Product Roadmap for Rainforest Alliance (including all supporting Technology processes), for all Global Business Initiatives and Assurance programs.
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Developer .Net (MAUI)to build cross-platform applications using
.NET Multi-platform App UI (MAUI). The ideal candidate will have expertise in
.NET MAUI, strong experience with mobile application development, and a deep understanding of mobile development for both Android and iOS. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of cross-platform mobile applications while collaborating with other developers to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform applicationsusing.NET MAUI.
- Design and implement mobile-first solutions for both AndroidandiOSplatforms.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate .NET APIsand third-party services.
- Ensure that applications are responsive, performant, and consistent across all target platforms.
- Lead efforts to define best practices and guidelines for mobile developmentusing.NET MAUI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UIteams to implement high-quality user interfaces.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code and application stability.
- Mentor junior developers and assist with their technical growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET MAUI, mobile development, and platform features.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on mobile development.
- 3+ years of experience developing cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI.
- Deep knowledge of XAML, C#, and .NET Core.
- Strong experience with mobile application development for both Android and iOS.
- Experience with MVU (Model-View-Update) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) patterns for mobile apps.
- Familiarity with mobile-specific design patterns and principles for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Experience integrating .NET APIs, RESTful services, and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based mobile backends.
- Familiarity with Xamarin (for legacy apps or as a transition to .NET MAUI).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like XUnit or NUnit.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or other related certifications.
- Familiarity with App Center, TestFlight, or similar tools for app testing and distribution.

The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Security Analyst to join our security team.
This role will be critical in protecting our digital assets, detecting and responding to security incidents, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
Security Operations & Incident Response:
- Participate in security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
